DOE has released a handy computer program called Radcalc designed to compute the radiolytic generation of hydrogen gas and perform various other sophisticated physics calculations.
It also performs all the computations discussed in this turorial, including the determination of the tabulated A1 or A2 quantities and specific activities, identification of the packaging type required, as well as selection of the appropriate Category.
