My most recent routes and cue sheets are on the RIDE STATUS page.
New page - being developed
OLD Metro Metric on Sunday July 30, 2007 from Hampshire, IL - -
METRO METRIC WEB SITE with cue sheets, maps and other route information.
The following are some cue sheets
I've developed for various rides.
In genereal these are updated whenever
I ride that perticular route.
The latest version is always the
"spreadsheet version"
since that is the "working" version.
The "printable .pdf version" is usually updated
whenever the "spreadsheet version" is updated.
The HTML version
(the first link listed, if it's available)
may not be the most up-to-date.
By the way, there are lots of tiepoes in these cue sheets,
so use them with care and primarily as idea sources.
Any corrections you provide will be appreciated.

etc. and stay on the bike path.

ONE WAY ONLY
This route starts with the long Willow Springs bridge over the I&MC,
Sanitary & Ship Canal, and the Illinois River.
The I&MC trail is a paved bike path,
with a straight section of about 2.3 miles
and 3-1/4 mile loops at each end, for a total length of 11.08 miles
(makes a nice odometer check course).
There is one plant entrance crossing and a section through
the biker parking lot, but no other road crossings on the I&MC.
This is a 17 mile loop ride through Oak Brook, McD's hamburger U.,
Hinsdale, Clarendon Hills, Westmont and Darien.
20 mile out and 20 miles back via another route.
This is based on notes from Freda B and scouting runs with Joanne D.
